We're Hiring: Korean-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

What You'll Need:
Diploma or Degree in any field
English proficiency (CEFR B1+) – Check Level
6+ months experience in customer support preferred (not required)
Fresh grads in English/Communications-related fields encouraged
Typing: 40wpm, 90% accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer use
We're Looking For:
Fluent in Korean (Proven by TOPIK certificate)
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset

Open to feedback & learning
Team player with critical thinking
Your Responsibilities:
- Support customers via chat & email
- Handle inquiries, payments, and order processing
- Safeguard customer data & privacy
- Escalate issues when needed
- Contribute to service improvements
- Stay up to date through training and performance goals

타이핑 속도: 분당 40단어 이상, 정확도 90% 이상
기본 컴퓨터 활용 능력 (MS Office 포함)
