What You'll Need:

Diploma or Degree in any field

English proficiency (CEFR B1+) – Check Level

6+ months experience in customer support preferred (not required)

Fresh grads in English/Communications-related fields encouraged

Typing: 40wpm, 90% accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer use


We're Looking For:

Fluent in Korean (Proven by TOPIK certificate)

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via chat & email
  • Handle inquiries, payments, and order processing
  • Safeguard customer data & privacy
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Contribute to service improvements
  • Stay up to date through training and performance goals

자격 요건:

전공 무관 학사/디플로마 이상 학력 보유자

영어 능력 – CEFR B1 이상 (수준 확인: 링크)

고객 지원 업무 경력 6개월 이상 우대 (필수 아님)

영어/커뮤니케이션 관련 전공 신입도 환영

타이핑 속도: 분당 40단어 이상, 정확도 90% 이상

기본 컴퓨터 활용 능력 (MS Office 포함)
