Job Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor the development of the area of responsibility
  • Open new market opportunities to increase sales targets
  • Have existing business partner/customer
  • Generating and presenting weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to expand the business
  • Handle customer complains
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and feedback
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
  • Follow up customer complaints and comments; as well as customer relations management

Job Requirements:

  • Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK)
  • Min. 1 -2 years experience as Sales MT preferable in cosmetic or beauty business industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build positive relationship with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty industry business.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Possess a valid SIM C and willing to travel for market visits and client meetings.
  • Master the Jabodetabek area and its surroundings
  • Have own transportation (motorcycle)
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
