Kualifikasi Trade Marketing Executive:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Marketing, Manajemen Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau setara
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, atau Sales Promotion, terutama di industri FMCG, retail, atau consumer goods
  • Memahami kanal distribusi modern trade (MT), general trade (GT), dan e-commerce
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam perencanaan dan eksekusi program promosi, termasuk POSM, display, bundling, dan campaign lokal
  • Mampu menganalisis data penjualan, performa promosi, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi berdasarkan data
  • Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, dan tools presentasi lainnya
  • Kreatif, proaktif, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik untuk koordinasi dengan tim sales, distributor, dan outlet
  • Bersedia melakukan kunjungan lapangan/outlet secara rutin untuk memastikan implementasi promosi berjalan sesuai rencana
