PT Sole Tech Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Export-Import Specialist to handle export–import documentation and bonded zone compliance. This role ensures smooth import/export processes, proper customs documentation, and compliance with Indonesian trade and bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage export–import process including documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc), customs clearance, shipment scheduling, and logistic coordination
  • Handle licensing and registration in INSW, OSS, and NIB systems for export–import activities.
  • Manage bonded zone operations, including inward/outward material flow, bonded stock reporting, and periodic audits.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, bonded zone requirements, import duty exemption, and VAT not collected facilities.
  • Liaise with Bea Cukai, BKPM, PPJK, and logistics vendors to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, custom brokers, suppliers and internal department to ensure timely and accurate delivery goods.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly bonded reports through CEISA and other customs systems.
  • Monitor regulation updates related to customs and bonded zones, and provide advice to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export–import and bonded zone operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) procedures, and trade compliance.
  • Familiar with CEISA, OSS, INSW, NIB, PIB, PEB, and related customs systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and skilled in MS Office.
