Qualifications:

  • Graduates of Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

  • Proficient in Ms. Office

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position

  • Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulation export-import processes.

  • Proficient in using logistics and supply chain related systems and applications.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area - Join ASAP

Job description :

  • Process the necessary export and import documents.

  • Coordinate with customs, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery and receipt of goods.

  • Monitor the status of shipments and receipts, and identify and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Analyze statistical data and prepare regular reports on export-import activities.

  • Provide other administrative and logistical support as needed to support the operations team.
