Responsibility :

  1. Coordinate and manage the export and import documentation process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
  2. Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient clearance of shipments
  3. Maintain accurate records and data related to EXIM activities, and generate reports as required
  4. Provide support in the planning and execution of EXIM operations, collaborating with the logistics team
  5. Identify and resolve any EXIM-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  6. Stay updated on changes in EXIM regulations, policies, and industry best practices

Requirement :

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in EXIM or freight forwarding operations
  2. Strong understanding of import and export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using relevant EXIM software and computer applications
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  6. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
