JOB DESCRIPTION (s) :

  • Identify & qualify new suppliers also maintain strong relationship with existing suppliers
  • Conduct market research on material trends & availability, then analyze costs and recommend savings opportunities
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems (MS Office e.g. Access, Excel; ERP e.g SAP), with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Substitute product suggestions and sourcing (identifying raw & packaging material trends)
  • Create RFQ (request for quotation), negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms then ensure supplier compliance with policies and regulations
  • Prepare procurement reports for management insights & contribute to procurement process and system improvements (Kaizen)
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams to fulfill procurement and company requirement needs
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain and procurement processes (Risk Management)
  • Arrangement delivery schedule with understand about EXIM process e.g. customs clearance, Permit & License etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT (s) :

  • A Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major related to this position, preferably from Transportation Management / Supply Chain Management
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin or Japanese (supported by a language proficiency certificate)
  • Min 1 year of experience in FMCG Company on Supply Chain Management
  • Having PPJK/Customs license will be advantage
  • Experience to handle PIB, NIB, and other management documentation
  • Basic knowledge of ISO, Halal Certification, and BPOM
  • Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly flexible, easy to adapt with new environment, project management, team work, customer centric and eager to self-learn under minimal direction
