We are seeking a proactive Site Account Manager to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base. This is a senior individual contributor role, requiring advanced knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop short to medium-term sales plans and strategies to grow and diversify relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services, and solutions across multiple lines of business.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, consumables, and parts within existing customer installations to increase wallet share.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists to drive consumables offerings and promote cross/up-sell opportunities.
  • Engage with Field Services Engineering and Professional Services to expand service order intake and provide onsite support.
  • Provide input into client retention strategies and growth plans for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and timely problem resolution.
  • Promote a culture of safety for yourself, your team, and those impacted by operational activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced knowledge in sales, account management, or relevant technical field, typically obtained through education and/or work experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex customer relationships with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage projects or processes effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
