Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for an Account Manager based in Cibubur, Jakarta. As an Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts, build and sustain relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing strategies to address them, managing deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive performance, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to be placed in Cibubur, Jakarta
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Conversational English proficiency is required
  • Experience working in B2G (Business-to-Government) and B2B (Business-to-Business) settings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet targets
  • Good database of existing customers
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in account management and business development
  • Knowledge and understanding of ICT and MEP systems
  • Previous experience in hardware system integration, including cabling, data center solutions, and enterprise solutions
