Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities, especially events, activations, and promotional programs at paint stores and project sites.
  • Handle end-to-end event coordination: concept planning, preparation of materials, vendor/EO coordination, on-site supervision, and post-event reporting.
  • Create, edit, and publish photo/video content for events, campaigns, and branding across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Conduct mobile photo/video shooting at stores, events, and project locations.
  • Manage social media interactions, including responding to comments, direct messages, and audience inquiries.
  • Perform trend research, develop content calendars, and create creative concepts for monthly campaigns.
  • Monitor content and marketing performance, analyze engagement data, and prepare regular reports.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in
    activation, event marketing, or brand marketing
    .
  • Strong content creation skills (photo & video) with good storytelling ability.
  • Proficient in Canva, basic Photoshop/Illustrator, and video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Rush.
  • Solid understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and platform features (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Strong copywriting skills aligned with brand tone.
  • Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Additional advantages: social media portfolio, digital campaign experience, or the ability to shoot with professional cameras.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang and able to work mobile when needed.
