Job Description

  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and new user acquisition.
  • Generate relevant content ideas within the crypto industry, including financial education, blockchain, digital asset security, and market updates.
  • Manage and optimize all company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Conduct research on the latest crypto industry trends and digital trends to support up-to-date content.
  • Create compelling, accurate copywriting and storytelling aligned with the company's communication guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team in developing visual/video content (briefs, concepts, scripts).
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions, including comments and direct messages.
  • Analyze content performance using analytical tools and provide regular performance reports.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, online events, and other brand activities.
  • Ensure all published content complies with OJK regulations and communication standards for digital financial products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Content Creator.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset market development (a strong advantage).
  • Knowledge of communication and marketing regulations in the financial/crypto sector is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a creative approach to educational content.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite etc.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changes.
