Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Process Manager at PT. Mitra Transformasi Digital. The Business Process Manager will be responsible for optimizing and managing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities

Evaluating existing business processes.

Determining and outlining business process improvements and mapping into technical specification.

Coordinating application initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (include bidding).

Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of initiatives.

Analyzing and monitoring implemented application and making adjustments as needed.

Guiding and supervising related personnel who were assigned specific tasks.

Performing ongoing analyses on improvements regarding productivity, quality, costs, and time management.

Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.

Revising and updating functional and technical document.

Business Process Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management, analytics, project management, or in a related field.

At least two years' experience in business process management in a related industry.

Proficiency in technical development application.

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
