Bali Dream House Management (Sunny Family Management) is a hospitality management company overseeing several villas in Bali. We are currently seeking a 
Reservation Officer
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about guest service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA platforms (AirBnB, Expedia, Agoda, , ).
  • Manage and update room availability, rates, and promotions in OTA and B2B systems.
  • Prepare, confirm, and record all reservation details accurately.
  • Coordinate with front office and operations teams regarding arrivals and guest requests.
  • Maintain reservation and payment records.
  • Respond promptly to guest messages, reviews, and follow-up inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation or front office (hospitality industry).
  • Familiar with OTA systems (e.g., AirBnB, Expedia, Agoda, , ).
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask.
  • Familiar with PMS systems such as 
    VHP
     is an advantage.
  • Domiciled in Bali.
  • Willing to work from office (Canggu area).
