Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Activation Paid Intern located in Karanganyar. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in various promotional activities to boost brand awareness and product sales.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in market research and sales
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the agricultural or hydroponic industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
