We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Sales – Business Development
professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, crafting tailored solution proposals, and driving end-to-end sales processes. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting the growth of our warehouse technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans.
- Create tailored solution proposals based on client needs and requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process including negotiation and deal closure.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical standards and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of
3.25
. - Preferably
2–5 years
of relevant experience;
fresh graduates
with exceptional achievements are also encouraged to apply. - Excellent command of both
spoken and written English
. - Familiarity or experience with
ERP

Logistics
,
Supply Chain processes
,
Warehousing
, and
B2B sales
. - Proactive, communicative, and highly motivated.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Excel

Word

PowerPoint
, and
Canva
. - Strong team player with the ability to contribute, lead, and take responsibility.
