Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute club events such as tournaments, community workouts, wellness classes, F&B promotions, live music, and social gatherings.
  • Develop strong community engagement in the Uluwatu/Jimbaran area and maintain relationships with local sport, wellness, and lifestyle groups.
  • Coordinate internal and external events: vendor management, booking schedules, and event logistics.
  • Create monthly and quarterly event calendars aligned with the club's brand and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant & Bar team to deliver quality F&B experiences during events.
  • Manage event budgets, costing, and revenue projections.
  • Supervise event setup, staff coordination, and post-event execution.
  • Partner with local brands, influencers, wellness instructors, and community leaders.
  • Handle inquiries for private and corporate events.
  • Analyze event performance (attendance, revenue, guest feedback).
  • Work with marketing to promote events on social media and other platforms.

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Event Manager/Supervisor in restaurant, beach club, bar, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong community presence or network in Uluwatu/Jimbaran is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with good attention to detail.
  • Strong F&B operational knowledge.
  • Experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
