Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Wedding and Event Sales Manager to join our team on-site at our Tabanan resort. The selected candidate will plan, organize, and manage weddings and events, serving as the primary contact for clients and ensuring exceptional experiences from conceptualization to execution. Responsibilities include promoting the venue, handling inquiries, conducting site tours, preparing proposals, managing contracts, and coordinating all event details with various departments and external vendors. The role will also include driving sales targets, maintaining excellent client relationships, and upholding Nirjhara's reputation for excellence and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in event planning and execution, including weddings and corporate events
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational and project management skills for coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Creativity in providing unique and tailored solutions for clients
  • Proficiency in computer software relevant to sales and event management
  • Previous experience in the luxury hospitality or event industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Tabanan and flexible to adapt to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry
