Job Description

Brand Building & Awareness

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility of restaurants/hotels across local and international markets.

Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all outlets, menus, and collaterals.

Promotions & Campaigns

Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for new outlet launches, seasonal menus, festive promotions, and special events.

Work on loyalty programs, customer engagement activities, and collaborations with Grab and Gojeg.

Negotiate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and event organizers to enhance brand reach.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Track competitor promotions, menu pricing, and customer engagement strategies.

Conduct customer surveys and feedback sessions to improve marketing strategies.

Offline Marketing (ATL/BTL)

Plan and manage hoardings, flyers, in-mall branding, and outlet-level promotional activities.

Coordinate with agencies for photoshoots, printing, and event management.

Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Chefs, and HR for promotions, staff campaigns, and outlet-level branding.

Support HR in employer branding campaigns to attract talent in hospitality.

Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare MIS and performance reports for marketing campaigns.

Track ROI and customer engagement metrics.
