The Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager role bridges performance marketing and front-of-house care execution: building pipeline, improving conversion across the funnel. Orchestrating campaigns and events. and to organize data into weekly actions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own weekly acquisition and conversion rhythms across channels and FO: drive targets for leads trials, memberships, and
  • Plan and execute the omnichannel marketing calendar (oaid media social. email/SMS/WhatsApp, partnerships, in-club
  • Manage sales pipeline and SLAs with Front Office: Icad routing, follow-ups, scripts, objection handling, and show-rale
  • Oversee CRM hygiene and automation (HuhSoot/Salesforce): list standards iourneus. scoring, simple workflows, dashboards
  • Brief, prioritize, and QA campaign assets with Creative/Media; enforce UTM discipline and experiment design.
  • Track and optimize spend vs plan; monitor CAC, LTV, payback period, channel ROAS, class/utilization impacts.
  • Build weekly executive dashboards and forecasts; present insights and recommended actions.
  • Lead/mentor a small team (coordinators/vendors); run stand-ups, retros, and continuous process improvements.
  • Co-own event and partnership programs with Events/F&B: calendar, offers, influencer/affiliates, community collaborations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across touchpoints; support on-site key events as needed (occasionally evenings/weekends).

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4 6 years' experience in growth, sales & marketing, or commercial operations in hospitality, fitness/wellness, lifestyle, or agency environments; 1-2 years in a supervisory/lead capacity.
  • Strong grasp of the full funnel: media → lead → trial → membership → retention/upsell. Proven record improving CVR and show rates.
  • Hands-on with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent dashboards, and marketing ops (UTM, tagging, basic attribution).
  • Working knowledge of paid media (Meta/TikTok/Google), lifecycle channels (email/SMS/WhatsApp), and event/partnership marketing.
  • Advanced Sheets/Excel for analysis (pivots, lookups); confident turning data into decisions.
  • Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia and English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and execution-focused; comfortable with WFO in a fast-paced, member-first environment.
