Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily business and personal matters. The ideal candidate will be smart, flexible, and capable of handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.The Personal Assistant will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel and meetings, handling confidential information, and assisting with projects related to finance, business development, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and operational support to the Director
  • Manage calendar, appointments, correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Support business and marketing initiatives, including research and client communication
  • Accompany the Director on business trips, events, and meetings when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Smart, flexible, and adaptable.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required
