REAL ESTATE MARKETING MANAGER / DIRECTOR

Luxury Resort is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Marketing Manager / Director to lead our marketing and sales efforts and drive the growth of our prestigious resort in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate property and drive sales
  • Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital advertising, event planning, and public relations
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimise our marketing approach
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our efforts
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure excellence in execution
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and help shape the company's growth plans

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales or a related field (preferred in Bali), with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content creation
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
