Seacrest Real Estate is a property sales and development firm operating in Bali since 2009, known for providing tailored property solutions and excellent customer service.
Our portfolio includes carefully selected properties in popular and emerging areas of South-West Bali, focusing on Pererenan, Nyanyi, Kedungu, and surrounding regions.
We seek a dynamic and dedicated Personnel to support our sales team and maintain trusted relationships with real estate agents and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and list properties within the company portfolio, ensuring the completion of all documentation, zoning, and legal verifications.
- Build, manage, and nurture a strong pipeline of high-net-worth buyers (local and international).
- Lead negotiations, presentations, and property pitches with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through the company website, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct property viewings, providing comprehensive information to clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee client interactions and track progress using the company's CRM system, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all leads.
- Act as a mediator between sellers and buyers, facilitating smooth transactions from negotiation to closing.
- Stay informed on market trends and developments in Bali through active networking and industry engagement, as well as proactively source new opportunities and potential leads
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Requirements:
- MALE preferred with a minimum of 4 years of real estate experience in Bali with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Extensive knowledge of the Tabanan and Southwest Bali regions.
- Proficiency in both business-level English and Indonesian. Fluency in Russian is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technological proficiency.
- Basic photography skills are an added benefit.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region for property listings and viewings.
