The Marketing Manager (Real Estate & Investment) is responsible for driving all marketing effort in end-to-end funnel. From creating campaigns to drive lead generation, to also nurture brand positioning for Nirvana Life's property and investment portfolio. This role blends strategic marketing, data-driven performance, and premium storytelling with focus In Investment, Exclusive, and wellness, targeting both domestic and international buyers. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with creative sensibility and deep familiarity with the Bali property market and foreign investor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Direction: Build and execute the end-to-end marketing roadmap for the real estate and investment portfolio, aligning with business and sales targets.
  • Positioning & Narrative: Define brand positioning, key messages, and value propositions under the Conscious Luxury and Wellness Investment pillars.
  • Investor Acquisition: Drive qualified leads through omnichannel campaigns and manage the full conversion funnel from awareness to purchase.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee paid media, budgets, and analytics to optimise ROI, CAC, and conversion rates through continuous testing and refinement.
  • Brand & Creative:Lead storytelling and production of premium marketing materials and investor collaterals consistent with Nirvana Life's brand identity.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor Bali's property and investment trends to shape pricing, positioning, and market entry strategies.
  • Leadership & Operations: Manage cross-functional teams and agencies, ensuring efficient processes, CRM discipline, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • With prominent miles (min. 6-8 years) in luxury wellness, hospitality, or branded residences marketing. Network within foreign investment communities (EU, AUS, SEA).
  • Proven record in driving investor leads, project launches, and achieving revenue/ROI targets.
  • Deep understanding of foreign investor behaviours, leasehold models, and Bali's property regulations.
  • Strong command of digital marketing, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Excellent copywriting and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience managing vendors, and creative production cycles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strategic thinker with high execution discipline, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up-like environment.
  • Advanced Sheets/Excel for analysis (pivots, lookups); confident turning data into decisions.
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and execution-focused; comfortable with WFO setting in a fast-paced, member-first environment.
