One of Bali's leading Real Estate Agencies is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead their marketing efforts in Bali's vibrant property market.

The ideal candidate should be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in real estate marketing and a passion for promoting sustainable and luxurious living. They should have extensive experience in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and targeted online campaigns, to effectively reach high-end clientele. The candidate possesses strong analytical skills, enabling them to interpret market data and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate marketing or related fields, preferably in a Director or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bali real estate market, including trends and buyer profiles.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of technical SEO elements like site speed, mobile responsiveness, and sitemap management.
  • Experience in managing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our real estate offerings, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand local trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales, development, and design teams to create compelling property presentations and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website content.
  • Organise and oversee promotional events, open houses, and property showcases to attract potential buyers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, influencers, and local businesses.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing marketing plans.
