Bali Management Villas is currently looking for a Pre-Qualifying Agent to join our dynamic team and connect with potential villa owners, qualify leads, and support the business development team in driving villa onboarding success.

About the Role:The Pre-Qualifying Agent connects with potential villa owners to assess whether they're a good fit for BMV's full-service management model. Your mission is to qualify leads before passing them to senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Call and follow up with villa owners or developers.

●     Explain BMV's management system and advantages.

●     Collect and input key property information into CRM.

●     Schedule meetings for the business development team.

●     Maintain communication records and weekly reports.

Requirements:

●     Excellent English communication.

●     Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.

●     Experience in customer service, real estate, or tourism is a plus.

●     Organized and proactive attitude.
