Who We're Looking For

  • Male or Female aged years
  • Of legal working status in Indonesia
  • Able to speak and understand English
  • Easily contactable via Whatsapp and email
  • Friendly, punctual, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Available to work in Nusa Dua, Bali from 14th - 19th January 2026
  • Previous event experience, first-aid or crowd-management skills is a plus, but not mandatory

1) Event Crew — "Face of the Event"

Mission: Welcome families, guide students, manage human traffic, support registration and way-finding with a smile.

Work Hours: Sat, 17 Jan: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Sun, 18 Jan: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Total Pay: Rp 1.1 Juta

You'll do great if you: love helping people, stay cheerful in crowds, communicate clearly, and have basic IT skills.

2) Logistics Crew — "Backbone of Operations"

Mission: Set up rooms and signage, move boxes, handle equipment, support load-in and teardown.

Work Hours: Sat, 17 Jan: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Sun, 18 Jan: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

Total Fee: Rp 1.3 Juta

You'll do great if you: are physically strong, disciplined with checklists, and can work safely with trolleys/tape/cutters while protecting venue surfaces.

3) Facilitators — "Tour Guardians"

Mission: Accompany tour guests throughout their stay, keep groups on schedule, lead light beach activities, and be the first point of contact.

Work Hours: Fri, 16 Jan: Half-day (morning or afternoon) | Sat, 17 Jan: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM | Sun, 18 Jan: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Mon, 19 Jan: Half-day (morning or afternoon)

Total Fee: Rp 2.0 Juta

You'll do great if you: have strong leadership and people skills, good stamina, can manage groups, and love moving around.
