We're Hiring: Sales Consultant (Full-Time)

As Edutolia Education, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Tangerang, Banten

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding Indonesian students who are interested in studying in Türkiye, providing them with accurate and timely information, and managing the sales and application process from first contact to final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultations to prospective students and their families about studying in Türkiye
  • Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM, and email (response within 24 hours required)
  • Conduct daily phone consultations and collect key information: academic background, budget, goals, etc.
  • Recommend suitable Turkish universities and programs (prioritizing private universities)
  • Register student applications in the CRM and manage the documentation and payment process
  • Encourage students to purchase Edutolia's service packages and assist in pre-departure steps
  • Represent Edutolia at education fairs, school visits, seminars, and events
  • Analyze market trends and student behavior to improve sales strategies
  • Generate and follow up on new leads independently through networking, partnerships, and outreach
  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's student enrollment targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (experience in education consultancy is a plus)
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
  • Excellent communication, sales, and follow-up skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Google Workspace
  • Willing to work from our office in Tangerang (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00)
  • Proactive in finding new prospects and building client relationships
