HR Manager
Requirement:
- Min 5 years of experience and strong background in Human Resources (HR)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations and proven experience in managing HR team
- Experience in Retail & Distributor Company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good decision-making and organizational skills
- Passion for working with people
- Display a positive, professional attitude, and integrity at all times.
- Have a very good English and verbal communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement result including Reward & carrier Management, Job Rotation, Promotion and Mutation
- Manage the full Recruitment and Hiring Process
- Identify challenging positions to fill by using the data available and setting metrics to measure success, and to create a data-driven decision within the HR function (HC, Costing, Turnover)
- Manage & control labour cost & remuneration Management Report (Payroll system, PPH21 Tax, compensation & benefit)
- Implemented performance reviews and motivational strategies to elevate HR team results.
- Motivated employees through special events and incentive programs.
- Processed employee claims involving performance issues and harassment.

- Manage Legal and Compliance Practices
- All other HR GA & LEGAL matters as and when required
- Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports to CEO
