 What We're Looking For: Lending Intern

What You Will Do : 

  • Assist the lending team in processing and verifying partner onboarding documents. 
  • Support lending acquisition activities and coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Risk, Operations) as well as external partners. 
  • Help update and maintain the loan portfolio database and its performance reports.
  • Support lending growth initiatives by assisting in data analysis and monitoring partner performance.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues related to lending and partner onboarding.
  • Participate in various development and efficiency initiatives within the lending division.
  • Provide administrative and data analysis support to the lending and finance teams.

What You Will Need :

  • Fresh graduate or active university student (minimum in 8th semester), preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Good at operating Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta or BSD office (Hybrid).
  • Able to commit for a 6 months internship period.
  • Ability to write and speak in English
  • Preferably has experience in student organizations or previous internships, and has created at least one presentation (project) during those experiences.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic fintech environment.
  • Proactive, fast-paced, and able to communicate openly with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong administrative skills.
