We are currently looking for a highly motivated CRM Intern – Architect / Civil Engineer to join our
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Department at Sky House BSD.

Requirements
:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in
    Architecture
    or
    Civil Engineering
    .
  • Proficient in architectural/engineering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, honest, and highly motivated.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to Work From Office (WFO) at Sky House BSD.
  • Working days & hours:
    Monday to Saturday
    , 09:00 – 17:00.
  • Available to join immediately; candidates living in
    Tangerang
    are preferred.

Responsibilities
:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
  • Handle tenant complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, cleaning services) to ensure tenant satisfaction and comfort.
  • Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections.
  • Support renovation permit processes and ensure compliance with architectural or civil engineering standards by reviewing technical drawings and building specifications.
