Gambaran Umum

Sebagai Business Development Intern, kamu akan berperan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan melalui aktivitas pengembangan klien, penyusunan proposal, pitching, serta riset strategi pasar. Posisi ini berfokus pada membantu tim dalam mencapai target revenue, memperluas jaringan kemitraan, serta mengoptimalkan peluang bisnis melalui pendekatan strategis dan kolaboratif.

Tugas Pokok & Tanggung Jawab

Sales & Proposal

  • Membantu penyusunan proposal campaign, deck presentation, dan materi pendukung lainnya.
  • Mendukung proses pitching dengan calon klien dan melakukan follow-up leads di bawah arahan tim BD.
  • Membantu mengelola kerja sama (partnership) atau kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Melakukan riset potensi klien melalui berbagai kanal (email, LinkedIn, telepon, media sosial, dll).
  • Membantu dalam penyusunan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan untuk meningkatkan peluang bisnis.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim BD dan CEO untuk mendukung strategi peningkatan revenue dan ekspansi pasar.

CRM & Reporting

  • Memperbarui dan mengelola database klien pada sistem CRM perusahaan.
  • Menyusun laporan mingguan terkait aktivitas bisnis seperti meeting, proposal, dan progres leads.
  • Membantu analisis hasil deal (closing vs lost reason) untuk evaluasi efektivitas strategi tim.

Otoritas / Wewenang

  • Mengajukan ide atau masukan baru untuk strategi campaign dan pendekatan klien.
  • Mengikuti serta mendukung proses pitching dan negosiasi dengan calon klien.
  • Mewakili tim dalam kegiatan internal dan koordinasi eksternal sesuai arahan atasan.

Kualifikasi

  • Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari jurusan Bisnis, Marketing, Manajemen, atau Komunikasi.
  • Memiliki ketertarikan tinggi pada bidang sales, partnership, dan strategi bisnis.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target serta memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.
  • Mampu menggunakan tools digital dan CRM sebagai nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, riset, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.
