Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Intern will assist in creating visual assets, supporting social media content execution, and organizing customer engagement data. This role blends graphic design support with broader digital marketing activities and requires creativity, accuracy, and close collaboration with the brand and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit visual design materials for social media, product campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the content creation process, including idea generation, copywriting, and publication across digital platforms.
  • Manage and update CRM data, including leads, customer feedback, and communication records.
  • Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, including producing visuals, posters, and supporting materials.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Business, or a related field.
  • Having graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, capcut).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
