Job Description :

  1. Spare Parts :

  2. Controlling and monitoring for Product Support Revenue Vs Budget achievement every month.

  3. Controlling and finishing Outstanding that related to parts & service
  4. Ensuring stock availability information and delivering spare parts to customer is done according to procedure, received in good condition and on time.
  5. Selling service product to supporting part sales needed
  6. Ensuring and guaranteeing customer receiving information and/ document needed complete and valid

  7. Create a schedule for PSE visits to customers in order to increase sales and collect AR, and monitor the work of PSE, PSA, and WH to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with procedures and professionally.

  8. Service :

  9. Ensuring service job document is received complete and right to support work plan.

  10. Make schedule and managing dividing task for mechanics to ensure service work is done well and according to procedure.
  11. Monitoring service job that done by mechanics so it's according to procedure and professional

  12. Ensuring all service activities (maintenance, repair, overhaul) are carried out in accordance with OEM standards and established KPIs.

  13. Inventory, Logistic, & Warehouse :

  14. Ensuring spare part stock availability in branch in order to fulfilling customer order

  15. Monitoring lead time part in and part out, & Controlling placement and spare part layout.

  16. Monitoring spare part delivery to customer & Ensuring spare part stock in matched between data and computer.

  17. Controlling and monitoring customer AR collection in branch, and do AR collection to customer both Old and Fresh AR (Collection Instruction & Tracking Invoice), AR Fresh= 100% must be collected.

  18. Reporting service job, Spare Parts, inventory, warehousing and logistic, to Branch Head.
  19. Able to lead, guide, and develop the Product Support team (Part Sales, Service, & Logistics, Warehouse) to achieve company targets.

Job Requirement :

  1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma / majoring in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor in Product Support / Technical Support / Service Head in Heavy Equipment Industry
  3. Have Knowledge about spare parts, mechanical and electrical engineering.
  4. Have knowledge as sales and marketing techniques in the field of heavy equipment service and spare parts.
  5. Persuasive and Good Communication Skills.
  6. Well Understand of basic mechanical, hydraulic system, electrical system, and power train work.
  7. Have Good Leadership and Ability to Lead or Managing Team
  8. Willing to be Placed at Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan
