Job Description

The Merger and Acquisition/ Corporate Strategy Manager is responsible for driving corporate growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, financial analysis, and stakeholder alignment. This role ensures strategic execution across business units and supports key corporate decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, divestments, joint ventures, and corporate actions.
  • Conduct financial and market analysis, including building financial models and scenario planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subsidiaries, investors, and advisors to align strategies and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Support fundraising efforts, board reporting, and preparation of investment materials.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling M&A (Merger and Acquisition) deals, including due diligence and integration processes.
  • Experienced in corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
  • Involved in fundraising activities, such as preparing financial models, analysis, business valuation, investor materials, and assisting in deal execution.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional and executive teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (Master's degree will be a plus).
