Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expertise in M&A transactions including financial modeling, financial due diligence, valuation, and transactional legal commercial terms
  • Conduct market analysis for new market entry projects and any strategic investment opportunities, providing insights that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor acquired entities post-acquisition, ensuring they align with financial goals and operational performance standards.
  • Prepare internal financial analysis and investor reporting material (quarterly/annual earnings report).
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic external partners, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
  • Drive process improvements within the corporate finance function, identifying and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements in all financial activities, safeguarding the company's financial integrity and minimizing risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Minimum years work experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Strategy, M&A.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to align financial planning with long-term business goals.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Decision-Making – Making data-driven financial decisions under uncertainty.
  • Risk Management & Compliance Awareness – Understanding regulatory frameworks and mitigating financial risks.
  • Financial Modeling – Building models for forecasting, valuations, and investment analysis.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) – Assessing investment opportunities and structuring deals.
  • Capital Allocation – Optimizing funding sources, debt, and equity financing
  • Transactional Legal Terms - Understanding the common commercial transactional legal terms for M&A transactions
  • CFA, CPA, CMA is not a must, but a value-add.
