Hacktiv8 is looking for a Corporate Finance & Strategy Lead to join our growing team. Position: Corporate Finance and Strategy Lead

Employment Type: Permanent (3-months probation)

Job Requirements:

  • Have 5–8 years experience working in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance/corporate development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
  • Solid understanding of fundraising, and transaction processes (debt or equity).
  • Proven ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Strategy Work closely with senior management to develop and refine short- and long-term corporate strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Evaluate new business initiatives, product lines, and market entries with financial and strategic lenses.
  • Support strategic reviews, board papers, and management discussions with data-driven insights.
  • Drive cross-functional projects related to business performance improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Corporate Finance Build and maintain detailed financial models for fundraising, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis.
  • Lead financial due diligence and valuation work for potential M&A, partnerships, or corporate restructuring.
  • Support investor relations activities, including preparation of materials and performance updates.
  • Monitor and manage the company's capital structure, loan facilities, and cash flow planning.
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams to align reporting and budgeting with strategic objectives.
