Full-time | On-site | Real Estate & Construction | Tech & Marketing Department

Elper Development is a rapidly expanding real estate and construction company in Bali. We are looking for a skilled Website Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our websites and digital platforms.


Position: Website Developer
Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain company websites and landing pages.
  • Build fast, clean, responsive pages for marketing funnels and campaigns.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Improve website performance, loading speed, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, layout issues, and plugin conflicts.
  • Integrate third-party tools (WhatsApp API, CRM, analytics, booking systems).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for ads, tracking, and conversion funnels.
  • Ensure websites remain secure, updated, and fully functional.
  • Create or modify custom features (forms, automations, pop-ups, integrations).

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years experience as Website Developer or Web Engineer.
  • Strong skills in WordPress, Webflow, or similar web platforms.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with plugins, hosting, domains, DNS, and backups.
  • Familiar with SEO structure and website optimization.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
  • Portfolio or sample websites required.
