Lowongan Kerja: Intermediate Architect — Elper Development (Bali)

Location: Berawa / Pererenan / Ubud (On-site)

Level: Intermediate (2–5 years experience)

Job Description

Elper Development is looking for a talented Intermediate Architect to join our growing in-house architecture team. You will work on villa developments, resorts, padel clubs, restaurants, and luxury hospitality projects across Bali.

Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural concepts into full working drawings
  • Produce 2D drawings, 3D models, and design presentations
  • Coordinate with Drafter, Structure, MEP, QS/BOQ teams
  • Lead design revisions and ensure technical accuracy
  • Prepare material selections & moodboards aligned with design direction
  • Review drawings before submission to ensure consistency and quality
  • Attend site visits to ensure design intent is followed
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal teams when needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 2–5 years experience in architectural design (preferably villas/hospitality)
  • Strong in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (or Lumion/D5)
  • Ability to produce clear 3D concepts and detailed architectural drawings
  • Strong understanding of materials, layouts, and Bali construction standards
  • Experience coordinating with structure/MEP teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience with tropical architecture + Bali style design
