About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead our architecture team and manage multiple high-profile projects from concept to completion.

This role is ideal for someone with strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership ability — someone who can balance creative vision with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of architects (intermediate and junior) in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop design concepts and oversee design development for both architecture and interiors
  • Produce and review 2D and 3D drawings and presentations
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
  • Supervise on-site work to ensure quality control and design integrity
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types (commercial, residential, hospitality, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Architect certification preferred
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as required for projects
