About the Client Team
The Marketing Partnership team is responsible for conceptualising and executing go-to-market
initiatives with strategic partners to enhance user experience and drive platform growth. The team
works across multiple industries to unlock value through impactful partnerships and integrated
marketing campaigns.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Partnership Manager, this role works closely with the Business Development team, vertical marketing teams, and other marketing support functions. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships across key industries such as FMCG, Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Entertainment, with the goal of maximising marketing assets and partnership value nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to conceptualise, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing partnership campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting
- Drive new user acquisition by identifying and executing strategies that convert partner audiences into platform users
- Identify, qualify, and onboard potential partners for lead generation and user growth initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Business Development, vertical marketing, creative, and marketing channels such as Social Media, Paid Ads, and in-app advertising
- Support the development of pitch decks to communicate partnership concepts and value propositions to prospective partners
- Review and analyse incoming partnership proposals and provide recommendations for management review
- Maintain and review marketing asset valuations for barter calculations
- Conduct internal valuation of partner media barter to ensure fair and accurate value exchange
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
in marketing partnerships, with hands-on experience co- creating campaign strategies with partners - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders through executive-level presentations and discussions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and deliver results
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse market trends and partnership opportunities
