About the Role
BaruLagi is building the infrastructure to make fashion more circular in Indonesia. We help brands responsibly and profitably manage end-of-cycle and excess inventory by moving deadstock into the right channels, resellers, upcyclers, wholesale buyers, and circular partners.
We are looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Lead based in Jakarta to build and grow strategic brand partnerships, from first conversation through launch and long-term, repeat collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior-level discussions with fashion, activewear, and lifestyle brands in Indonesia.
- Identify brand inventory pain points and propose clear, commercially sound partnership solutions.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements (buy models, profit-share, SLAs, payment terms).
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and content teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and execution.
- Manage and grow key accounts, turning one-off inventory deals into repeat monthly or quarterly supply.
- Run regular partner reviews (sell-through, recovery value, performance, next-batch planning).
- Build scalable partnership playbooks, processes, and reporting as the company grows.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 7–12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, key account management, or category growth. (marketplaces, retail, logistics, SaaS-to-retail, or brands)
- Proven track record leading complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial thinking (pricing, margins, risk terms, SLAs).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on and execution-focused mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in fashion/apparel, retail, off-price, liquidation, recommerce, or resale marketplaces.
- Network with Indonesian brand owners, operators, or retail groups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic deal modeling (Excel / Google Sheets).
