Role Description – Partnerships Specialist (20FIT Event)

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Partnerships Specialist – Event
based in South Jakarta. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic partnerships and sponsorships to support
20FIT events, programs, and activations
.

Key responsibilities include identifying and securing potential partners (brands, communities, venues, and corporate clients), maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and creating mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities. The role will work closely with the event, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partnership deliverables are aligned with event objectives.

This position also involves preparing partnership proposals and presentations, conducting market and competitor analysis within the fitness and wellness ecosystem, and supporting sales and negotiation processes to drive revenue and event success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Partnerships, Sponsorships, or Strategic Partnerships
    , preferably within events, fitness, sports, or wellness industries
  • Strong
    communication and negotiation skills
    , with the ability to build long-term partner relationships
  • Demonstrated
    analytical skills
    , including market research, trend analysis, and partnership performance evaluation
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet partnership and revenue targets
  • Ability to work
    on-site in South Jakarta
    and collaborate cross-functionally with event and operations teams
  • Familiarity with
    fitness, wellness, sports events, or community-based activations
    is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Communications
    , or related field, or equivalent professional experience
