Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Client Relations Specialist will play a key role in managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. The role includes addressing client concerns, maintaining communication, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients. The specialist will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Experience in Client Relations and Customer Support
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle client concerns effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
