Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Client Relations professional. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clientele. The individual will act as the front-line representative for addressing client inquiries and fostering positive interactions that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Customer-focused mindset with skills in customer satisfaction and client relations
  • Proficiency in customer support and the capability to resolve inquiries effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with teammates in a professional environment
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role or financial services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
