Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Partnership professional to manage and execute strategic go-to-market collaborations with external partners across multiple industries.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop partnership campaigns that drive user acquisition and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing partnership campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, reporting).
  • Drive new user acquisition by maximizing partner-to-platform conversion.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage potential partners for lead generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BD, marketing, creative, media channels) to support partnership activations.
  • Prepare pitch decks and partnership proposals for potential partners.
  • Review incoming partnership proposals and provide recommendations to management.
  • Maintain and review marketing asset valuations for barter calculations.
  • Conduct internal valuation of partner media barter to ensure fair and accurate value exchange.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Partnership / Strategic Partnership / Brand Collaboration. (Preferably from big tech, startup, FMCG, or marketing agency)
  • Able to join ASAP
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong business acumen and market trend awareness.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, PowerBI, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of marketing communications, channel optimization, and media valuation.
  • Strong project management skills with experience working across multiple internal and external teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
