Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Management Engineer to join our project team. This role serves as the key technical coordinator on site, ensuring that all construction work is executed in strict compliance with technical specifications, reviewed design drawings, quality standards, and local regulations. You will act as a vital link between the design team, project management, and on-site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions)
I. Technical Design and Documentation Management
  1. Drawing Review & Deepening: Assist the country office and project department in the review, deepening, and joint approval of technical drawings, ensuring an accurate and thorough understanding of the design intent.
  2. Method Statement Development: Participate in preparing technical tender documents. Prepare, review, and optimize Construction Organization Designs, Special Construction Schemes (Method Statements), and Technical Handover documents, and supervise their proper implementation on site.
  3. Compliance with Regulations: Assist in the collection, interpretation, and application of local building standards, codes, and policies, ensuring full compliance of all technical activities.
II. On-Site Technical Support and Quality Control
  1. Daily Technical Management: Provide assistance with day-to-day technical management on site, resolve technical issues that arise during construction, and provide necessary technical guidance and support.
  2. Quality Supervision & Inspection: Supervise the engineering quality on site, participate in quality inspections, acceptance, and defect rectification works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
III. Material and Project Administration
  1. Material Technical Confirmation: Participate in confirming the technical specifications of project materials and equipment, including conducting inspections upon arrival at the site.
  2. Technical Documentation: Coordinate the collection, organization, archiving, and submission of all project technical documents and data.
  3. Other Duties: Complete other technical management-related tasks assigned by the country office or project department leadership.
