This is a remote position where you support international customers with eSIM and Indonesia Visa inquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Job Descriptions

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, social media, or phone in a polite and professional manner for eSIM and Visa products.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Build good relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to customer service.

Job Requirements
