About the Role

We're looking for an Odoo Engineer who has experience working with ERP systems and solid

Python skills. You'll be responsible for developing, customizing, and improving Odoo

modules to support business workflows. You'll work with product, operations, and

engineering teams to turn requirements into stable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.

•
Work with internal stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into

system improvements.

•
Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and ensure smooth system performance.

•
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications when needed.

•
Write clean and maintainable code following best practices.

•
Support testing, deployment, and documentation of new features.

•
Provide technical support and help users adopt new functionalities.

Requirements

•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software

Engineering, or related field.

•
1–2 years of experience working with ERP systems, ideally with Odoo.

•
Strong knowledge of Python and familiarity with Odoo's framework.

•
Understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, or HR is a

plus.

•
Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases.

•
Ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into technical tasks.

•
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

•
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and

technical collaboration.

•
Good English proficiency (written and spoken) for communication with international

teams is a must.

•
Eagerness to learn, explore, and continuously improve.

Nice to Have

•
Experience with Odoo customization, API integration, or module development.

•
Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, or REST APIs.

•
Understanding basic front-end technologies (XML, JavaScript) is a bonus.
