Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor based in Uluwatu, Bali. The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for designing and leading individual and group Pilates sessions tailored to the needs of clients. Responsibilities include inspiring and guiding participants in their fitness goals, ensuring proper form and safety, and providing exceptional customer service. The instructor will also contribute to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and experience with Group Exercise classes.
• Basic knowledge or background in Physical Therapy to ensure safe and effective workouts.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Experience in Teaching, with the capacity to adapt instruction methods to accommodate various skill levels.
• Certification in Pilates and/or fitness instruction is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness, health, and well-being.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Willing to be located in Uluwatu
