  • Min. pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Project Cost Control Engineer dari perusahaan farbikasi baja, konstruksi untuk mining, oil, gas, power plant project
  • Mampu membaca drawing
  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel, mampu menguasai Microsoft Project/Primavera menjadi nilai tambah
  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (tulis dan lisan)

Job Description:

  • Menganalisa kontrak/PO yang masuk.
  • Menyiapkan detail harga barang sesuai PO dan data nilai proyek untuk dimasukkan dalam SPP.
  • Menyiapkan pengajuan invoice dan hal-hal terkait pembayaran sesuai progress dan kontrak/PO.
  • Mengontrol pengeluaran proyek berdasarkan klasifikasi dari PO/Kontrak.
  • Mengontrol progress proyek tiap bangunan berdasarkan nilai proyek.
  • Mengontrol hal-hal yang terkait dengan syarat komersial dari PO/Kontrak.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Procurement dalam mengecek setiap pembelian dari vendor atau supplier.
  • Mengontrol kelengakapan dokumen yang diminta oleh PO/Kontrak.
  • Memberikan laporan perkembangan cost yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh proyek berdasarkan klasifikasi PO/Kontrak.
  • Memantau dan melaporkan setiap kegitan yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai komersial.
